Associate Fellow

Dr Marc Parker has over 25 years’ experience in counter-terrorism, combating organised crime and national security intelligence operations. Based in the UK, he has 15 years operational experience as a counter-terrorist financing (CTF) portfolio lead and practitioner. He has briefed and lectured widely on the subject to law enforcement, intelligence services, policy makers and the military in the UK as well as colleagues in Europe and the United States.

Dr Parker holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of St Andrews. His professional development has also included a spell at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
