Catherine Dill is a Senior Research Associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Catherine has a broad research portfolio that includes nuclear and missile developments in East Asia, illicit trafficking networks, and developments in strategic trade control systems in East Asia. Additionally, Catherine does extensive work on satellite imagery and remote sensing analysis on nuclear nonproliferation-related issues, including open-source research, satellite image processing, and geospatial analysis.
Previously, Catherine worked as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton as a radiological and nuclear threats analyst. She holds a MA in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
