The Rt Hon William Hague, the new Chairman of RUSI, will be in conversation with the Director General, Professor Michael Clarke, covering transitions in contemporary world politics and William Hague’s unique experience in dealing with them at the highest levels. The conversation will be free-flowing but is also likely to cover particular contemporary policy issues such as the illegal world wildlife trade and also the problem of sexual violence against women in conflict and state breakdown. This two-handed conversation will be followed by a general discussion inviting audience views to which Mr Hague will be happy to respond.
